Requirement for Qualifying

-Has a passion to play

-Is currently enrolled in grades 1-12

-Has an annual household income of less than $50,000

After the Application

Requirement for Qualifying

After the application has been completed, it will be reviewed. If approved, the item will be shipped out to the residence listed on the application and an email will be sent with further information.
